Kurt D. Weber (Chairman, Switzerland, Bangladesh), primarily handles advisory and financial tasks. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Weber created and operated Paninfo AG, a Swiss-based IT systems and sourcing company. After selling Paninfo AG to a Swiss-Austrian major corporation, Mr. Weber continues to broker and manage investments in the real estate and other investment business sectors. He founded the Swiss Holding company Secure Link Services Ltd in 1996, when it mainly operated as a development and retailing company for a specific 128-bit encryption software.
Hans Streuli (Member of the Board, Switzerland), has counseled SELISE since its incorporation in January 2011. Streuli, CEO and Owner of the 200 plus employees Swiss based software company Ruf Group draws on strong managerial experience in Enterprise and Multimedia Software and System Development. The post graduate of the University of St. Gallen made Ruf to a technology leader in the areas of ICT for public administration (E-Government) and transport.
Julian A. Weber, M.A. HSG (Chief Executive Officer, Switzerland, Bangladesh) initiated SELISE rockin’ software in Switzerland and in Bangladesh. Mr. Weber holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in information, media and technology management (IMT) both from the University of St. Gallen. Weber Jr. established the Bangladesh office after having successfully worked together with contractors in Bangladesh during the years of his studies.
Shah Ali Newaj (Chief Technology Officer, Bangladesh) is responsible for our whole setup of development activities. As brilliant manager and developer, he ensures the means needed to recruit, enhance and maintain talent in our company. Mr. Newaj is a well-known person in the IT Sector of Bangladesh, having worked for the renowned company KAZ software before joining SELISE. After his CSE graduation from the Pune University in India in 1999, he managed the creation of various software products of larger impact for renowned international companies.
