What you'll do



  • Create marketing strategy to make SELISE a leading software provider and IT consulting company in Europe and APAC

  • Identify current trends and insights and optimize expenditure and performances based on the insights

  • Collaborate with our local and Swiss team to optimize user experience and promote brand awareness in Europe and APAC

  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend creative solutions for reaching target customers across multiple channels 

  • Oversee and coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, etc.) 

  • Liaise with Sales and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency

  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success


  • Run end-to-end integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms

  • Practice media buying on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms

  • Conceptualize and execute advertising campaigns 

  • Run PR campaigns both locally and internationally 

Sales Support

  • Oversee marketing strategy and execution and coordinate with the Sales team to generate leads 

  • Help in quantitative analysis of website traffic and market research

Monthly Reporting

  • Monitor ROI and KPIs 

  • Implement and analyze performance metrics

  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis

Who you are

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university (preferably with a major in Marketing or Business Administration) 

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a relevant field 

  • Experience in executing paid social media campaigns 

  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends, Google Ads, Ad Manager, etc.)

  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems

  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing strategies, especially in regards to lead generation

  • Excellent understanding of strategic brand management

  • Excellent understanding buyers’ journeys, especially in regards to landing pages

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Must be coachable

  • Ability to work within a team
